How hard is it to assemble a SaunaLife sauna?

SaunaLife kits ship with pre-assembled wall panels, making installation realistic for one or two people over a weekend. No professional installer is required for the structure itself, though your heater will still need proper electrical or chimney work depending on which you choose.
What's the difference between thermo-spruce and thermo-aspen?

Both are heat-treated with no chemicals, the same process that removes resin and improves moisture resistance. SaunaLife uses thermo-spruce on the exterior for durability against weather, and thermo-aspen on the interior, which stays cooler to the touch.
What's the difference between the Cube, ERGO, G-Series, and GL-Series?

Cube offers a full-glass front with modern, contemporary lines. ERGO is the classic barrel shape. G-Series is a cabin-style design with a clean, minimalist exterior. GL-Series is the largest and most finished; some models arrive pre-assembled.
Does SaunaLife work with electric or wood-burning heaters?
